​Have you been living life as a 'lone wolf'? Has doing so made your life harder than necessary? Do you feel like you don't have a place where you can talk about your struggles and feel that you'll be heard, understood, and supported? Well, you don't have to keep doing things this way. One Love Counseling LLC offers a bi-weekly virtual men's group full of men that are looking to deepen their connection to their emotions so that they can become well-rounded and comprehensive versions of themselves. It's a safe place, free of judgment but full of support. This group will challenge you to embrace emotions that you may feel are 'unmasculine', recognize and calm your urge to 'fix' or react to things in your life, and improve on your ability to practice self-control when strong emotions arise.

Guidelines: The group is for adult men only. It's virtual and takes place bi-weekly on Saturday afternoons from 1:00 - 2:30 PM, CST. Participants are initially expected to participate in a minimum of 5 consecutive groups. Participation beyond that amount is encouraged but not required.

Fees: The out-of-pocket fee is $25 per group. If you are using insurance benefits, One Love Counseling LLC can verify if you have an out-of-pocket payment.
